Advising Bridgepoint on its sale of one.network

We have advised Bridgepoint Growth, James Harris (Founder) and other shareholders on the sale of one.network, a traffic management technology business, to Causeway Technologies, a construction technology provider backed by Five Arrows Principal Investments.

one.network is the leading digital road management platform, transforming the way highway authorities, utility companies and contractors plan, coordinate and communicate traffic interventions. With solutions that unlock efficiencies across sectors, boost collaboration and enhance public engagement, one.network helps its customers improve road network resilience, reduce congestion and improve journey reliability.

Headquartered in Buckinghamshire in the UK, Causeway Technologies serves over 3,000 customers globally with over 500 employees dedicated to providing enterprise and cloud software solutions to support the digitalisation of the construction and maintenance industries, serving consultants, contractors, suppliers, and their clients on an international scale.

Commenting on the transaction, Head of Corporate M&A Emma Danks said: "This is a great testament to our team's capability in supporting companies throughout their business cycle - we advised Bridgepoint Growth on their 2018 investment into one.network, all of the way through to their successful exit in 2023. We look forward to one.network's continued growth and to continue working with Bridgepoint on their future investments."

James Harris, CEO at one.network commented: "one.network has been at the forefront of transforming how road agencies collaborate and communicate. I would like to express my gratitude to Bridgepoint for their support and strategic insights that have been instrumental in our growth and expansion over the past few years and I am excited about the opportunities this collaboration with Causeway Technologies presents. We would also like to say thanks to the Taylor Wessing team on their continuous support.
