Klaus heads up the German M&A practice group and specialises in cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures. He has many years of expert experience in advising companies and shareholders on all matters concerning corporate law as well as in advising bodies of corporations.
Klaus possesses excellent know-how about the logistics sector, the chemical industry, and the automotive industry. Among his clients are German small and medium-sized enterprises as well as international group companies with their registered office in Germany and abroad.
